Want a quick, inexpensive project that lets you create a toy kids can play with? (We use this when we study projectiles.)

Most of them use 5 sheets of paper. I wondered whether I could do it with cardstock, as I thought that might be easier for kids than trying to keep 5 pieces of paper together while folding. I also wondered – could I create a template and instructions that people could follow for those who can’t eyeball and fold a straight line as easily as they make this look in the video. Here’s my results. The template should be printed landscape orientation on cardstock, double-sided, flip on short side:
